Last weekend Patrick and did a belated anniversary celebration at Starr Pass here in Tucson. All the fancy resorts in Tucson have smoking deals in the summer because otherwise they would be virtually empty... I mean who aside from a local wants to hang out in Tucson when it is 100+ degrees outside? As a result of the temperatures we received a package for two massages, a fancy dinner and a room for the price you'd normally pay for just the room... pretty fun! We chose Starr Pass because they had a lazy river and seeing how Sunday was also Father's Day we invited my family to come down for breakfast (including Evie who had stayed with them for the night) to have breakfast and do a little lazy river floating. The theme for the weekend for me was being able to lay on my belly... both in the massage because of a special belly cut-out pillow and on the lazy river... ahhh heaven!
